I'm just starting out, and am looking to make an acoustic guitar out there my own. My price range is around 200-350, and I really want a guitar that will make me love playing music. What is the best acoustic guitar for a beginner?
How to Learn and Master Guitar the Fastest Way Possible
Learning how to play an instrument has always been a fascination among many individuals. Who can blame the idea of producing music from one’s own hands? It definitely sounds very interesting. Among the instruments, the guitar has been the constant favorite of every music lover. Since it is very portable and lightweight, it is more preferred than the unmovable piano or the bulky cello. Its appeal is shared by children and adults alike. Some start to learn and master guitar way young but there are also others who only get skilled when they are in their 20s, or even 30s.
Some people who intend to study playing the guitar get dissuaded by the misconception that learning will consume a considerable amount of time. There is also the worry of the older ones that given their age, they will find it extremely difficult to still study it. Others are concerned that talent in music or at least, having the ear for it, is imperative for anyone who wants to be skilled in the axe.
The good news is that to learn and master guitar is highly achievable irrespective of age, background or culture. The only tools one needs are patience and a lot of practice. For starters, one needs to secure a good guitar. This need not be anything fancy but must be in good condition and working properly. Next, one needs to find a good teacher. This may be a close friend or a neighbor. Or better yet, a music teacher or a skilled guitarist. Make sure to have a regular session with your teacher so that your progress can be monitored.
There are others though who study by themselves. This is also possible if one has the dedication to do so. If you intend to study alone, a tuned guitar and a guitar book are necessary. Look for a book that has a step-by-step guide. One with illustrations in it is preferable.
Start with the basic chords such as G, C and D. Play each chord over and over until your ears are accustomed to the sound. It is important that you can differentiate one key from another. Through playing the chords repeatedly, it is not only your ears that will get trained but your fingers as well. When you are already adept with the basic chords, start with the more complex ones such as those with flats and sharps. If you find it difficult to sustain a chord, do not force yourself. Your fingers can get too tired from too much playing. Rest for a while then you may continue.
While learning to play the chords, you may opt to play a song with the corresponding chords. A guitar book usually has suggested songs. It is better to practice with the song playing in your MP3s or music player. Doing so will teach you the right tempo and pauses.
Of course, it is impossible to learn everything overnight. Constant practice is needed in order to learn and master guitar. Be patient and have fun learning. In no time, you will be able to play like a pro!

The guitar is a little bit out of tune sorry, the strings have not been changed in about a year.., (trying to tune it is futile) heh.. Its quite rare that I pick the electric up these days.
