Game of Thrones Title Theme (Acoustic Guitar) – Ramin Djawadi

Here's my rendition of the super fantastic main theme from the winner of a tv series that is Game of Thrones, as composed by Ramin Djawadi. Trying to arrange this to capture the sustain of the string parts and balance all those tracks nearly killed me, hopefully it sounds ok being recorded with the terribad camera mic. Anyway, enjoy :) mp3: www.mediafire.com TAB - docs.google.com

This sounds like it would be the music to a menu screen on the video game version. :D

I’ve heard a lot of renditions of this song, and this one is by far my favorite.

    Violin, flute, dulcimer, keyboard, piano.

Yours is easily my favorite, its so soft and elegant.

    Thank you.

In that very last few seconds, is that a BC Rich mockingbird in the back?

Nope, theres my old Aria Pro II bass leaning against the wall, and a Schecter C-7 Hellraiser and a 5-string Fender Jazz Bass on the wall behind me, but you cant really see those.

@OggirtMoonfrad Okay, gotcha, I have a Mockingbird, and from behind it looked a bit like it.

    Thanks again.

@OggirtMoonfrad Sorry to hijack this thread, but you’ve got splitscreen on Sony Vegas figured out pretty well. It was hopelessly borked whenever I tried it, but hey, that’s what you get when audio-visual editing classes wean you on AvidXpressPro. >_>0
Also, MAD guitar skills. Love it! <3

Probably one of the most faithful yet original interpretations of this theme I’ve heard. It brought a smile to my face as i listened.

    Thank you.

Reminiscent of the spaghetti western themes, especially the
    Enrico Morricone.
