Megatar – Morning Has Broken
This was an attempt to take a simple song and try to add some complexity to it. Also my first recording with 64Studio.

U R SOOOOOOO COOL!!!!
ooooh, a warr guitar….
Not a warr guitar it’s a mobius megatar
yeah, i realise now. sorry bout that, i was a bit ignorant. either way it is still a Chapman Stick rip-off
hey dude nice work youve gone for the sensable tuning dont know why they pay with inverted fiths must be a big learning curve keep u the good work
Thanks! Uncrossed fourths seemed most comfortable to me. On a smaller 10 string neck I might like to spend more time with inverted 5ths. That tuning lets one take a different approach to playing.
Who cares – if an artist can create beautiful music, that’s enough!
i never said anyone had to care lol, i was just saying what i think
EMG?
Bartolinis.
Sounds great!
Cheers
Not really. It delivers things that you cant get on a stick, like tapered neck and strings, tiltback tunerhead, double trussrods, better stringspacing (the grand is very narrow), wider neck that works better for uncrossed playing (stick is designed to cross over the fretboard). So is it just from ignorance that you call it a rip off? There are about 13-14 other pro manifacturers of two handed tappers, are they also rip offs? Even those who were invented in the 50s, like the bunker guitar?
I agree, and it’s also the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen.
Nice arrangement. I really liked some of those chord voices. Sounds like you threw in a riff from Yes for good measure.
Thanks, I was really trying to see where I could go with the voicing. I like to try to get very dissonant without totally falling over. Correct, the lick was from “Changes” Yes. What an album ! (90125)
a bit messy but i admire your effort, cheers
